Americans are eating more and more meals away from home. With the holiday season fast approaching many of you will have a handful of holiday parties and dinners to attend at restaurants. You must be careful not to sabotage your weight-management plan when you eat out, so here are a few important tips to help you dine sensibly away from home.
Tips for eating out at restaurants:
1. Do not show up at the restaurant famished. Eat a piece of fruit or a drink a large glass of water before leaving for dinner.
2. Start drinking water or tea when you sit down at the restaurant.
3. Tell the waiter not to bring bread to your table.

Mediterranean Europeans show their pride in their European heritage, and align tevesmlehs with other European countries. North Africans and Middle Easterners show pride in being North African and Middle Eastern and align tevesmlehs with each other. However, rarely do you hear Mediterraneans aligning tevesmlehs with other MediterraneansMediterranean countries have shared a common history for thousands of years, and have created some of the greatest civilizations the World has ever known, such as Ancient Rome, Greece, and Egypt.Why don’t these countries show pride in their common Mediterranean heritage?@Nev,You misunderstood; I’m not saying people aren’t proud to be Italian or Greek or whatever. I know MANY are.I’m saying most align tevesmlehs with other Europeans. Which they should, but I don’t understand why they don’t align tevesmlehs with other Mediterraneans when the countries from this region share a long history together.
